What is it with people and their sprinklers? It has been bucketing down for more then a week yet some idiots still have their sprinklers going every day!!!!!!!!!!!

And when I pointed it out to a neighbour his reply was ....... "yeah oh but mine is on a bore" .......duhhhhhhh and where does he think that water comes from then I wonder.

The local council is another cullprit.......so much for governments being thoughtfull!

Well we are heading towards winter here in the land down under, so I was thinking about all these remedies from times gone past. Our grandma's used to have a lot of wisdom and knowledge when it came to fix a nasty cold or an infected fingernail etc.
